Welcome to the DISNEY Reporter. Every week the top five stories from Disney and geek news are shared here. This week, it was difficult to pick just five. However, this has been done!

First off, details were released about Disneyland’s Magic Key pass program. This is the new incarnation of what was formerly known as the Disneyland Annual Pass. Prices and benefits were released and they will go on sale on August 25th.

Over at Walt Disney World Resort, pricing and details were also released for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. This comes ahead of the Halcyon’s arrival at Walt Disney World Resort next year. Walt Disney World also shared a preview of the merchandise that will be available for its 50th-Anniversary Celebration that starts on October 1, 2021.

In Disney+ and Star Wars news, it was announced this week that LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales will be coming to Disney+ this year for Halloween. It will take place after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Finally, Walt Disney Animation Studios will be opening a new studio in Vancouver, Canada. This studio will be making series for Disney+. Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank will continue to be the central hub for coming up with stories and storyboarding.
