Disneyland Paris has announced that its flagship hotel, the Disneyland Hotel, will be getting a royal refurbishment. This comes as it wraps up work on Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and prepares to open it. The Disneyland Hotel will also be getting a new theme, a Royal theme. In fact, it will be the first hotel at Disneyland Paris to have this theme. Soon, the renovation process will begin. It will take several years as its more than 5,700 are renovated.
According to the Disneyland Paris Ambassador, the refurbishment will have the Disneyland Hotel be “infused with a royal theme and become the true kingdom of many favorite Disney Princesses and Princes.” This will include new decor, new magical touches, and other surprises from Disney will put into the hotel. The outside of the hotel’s look will remain the same Victorian architecture that is known and loved currently by guests of Disneyland Paris.
Disneyland Paris continues to refurbish its hotels and also add extra Disney magic to them. This comes after it brought the world of Disney and Pixar’s Cars to Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe. Toy Story characters were also added to Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne. Most recently, Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel was transformed to include the stories and characters from Marvel. When this opens, the 4-star hotel will be the first to celebrate the Art of Marvel. It will include more than 350 Marvel pieces of art from 110 artists globally. While staying there, guests will be able to not just see art but also meet their favorite superheroes and also dine in an area inspired by Marvel comics and movies.
All of these updates comes from a belief by Disneyland Paris that its hotels are more than just sleeping quarters. they are a part of the Disney Parks experience. When staying there, guests get early access to the parks, free on-site transportation, dedicated shopping services, and even the chance to meet with Disney characters. The guests who stay at these hotels are getting an immersive experience in theme environments where the stories continue to be experienced outside of the parks.
Disneyland Paris said in a statement that it is accelerating the renovation plan with this transformation of the Disneyland Hotel. This will “strengthen its status as the flagship of the destination and offer its visitors an optimal five-star experience.” Being located right at the entrance of Disneyland, this hotel has the most magical location. It also is known for its service. It is the iconic hotel of Disneyland Paris. These upgrades promise to make it even more iconic and memorable!
