Soon, you will need even less for your Disney visit. Later this year, Disney will begin to roll out MagicMobile in phases to guests at Walt Disney World Resort. This new app will let guests enter the park with their tickets on their phone, Apple Watch, or another smart device!
This new feature on the My Disney Experience App will allow guests to create a Disney MagicMobile pass and add it to the wallet on their smart device. All you will have to do is hold your device near an access point and the magic will do the rest! If you choose to use a MagicBand on your vacation, it will still work the way it always has, but this will be a great option for guests who want to worry about bringing less with them to the parks! Disney has announced that this service will roll out to Apple devices first.
This addition to the app comes after Disney added a digital room key, a feature that lets you unlock your hotel room right from the app! With all the additions that are coming to the My Disney Experience app, Disney is making it even easier to be a guest and plan your vacation!
