Disneyland Resort to Refund Unused 2020 Food and Wine Festival Tasting Cards

On February 28, 2020, the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival began! Just two weeks later, the  Disneyland Resort would close for what we would later find out to be an indefinite amount of time. Now, Disney is offering refunds for unused tasting cards for the event.

If you have an unused tasting card in your possession, each tab will be eligible for a $7 refund. The unused tabs must still be attached to the original card, to ensure that it was never used for the food festival. If you would like to request a refund, you can use the drop-down menu at Disney Help Center or reach out to (888) 231-7639.

Once Disney receives your request, they will reach out to you with ways to send your tasting cards back to Disney to be verified. Once the card is verified, Disney will send a Disney Gift Card eGift for the amount of the tabs, as well as a $3 shipping reimbursement will also be added to the refund amount. It should be expected that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Do you have any 2020 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival tasting cards to return to Disney? Will you be following this process to initiate your refund? Be sure to connect with us on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook to let us know!
