Whoopi Goldberg Interested in Making “Sister Act 3” a Reality

Sister Act

This week, Whoopi Goldberg made an appearance on the The Late, Late Show with James Corden. Towards the end of the interview, Corden brought up his love of the Sister Act films and asked why a third hasn’t been made. Goldberg said that she would love to make this film a reality!

In the interview, Corden notes that whenever the films are on televsion, he drops everything to watch them. He even said that he just shared the movies with his son for the first time, who also loved them.

When asked why there hasn’t been a third film in the series, Goldberg said “Because for a long time, they kept saying no one wanted to see it and then quite recently, it turns out, that that may not be true. People may want to see it. So we’re working diligently to try to figure out how to get the gang together and come back.”

We are sure hoping that the gang can come back together one more time and make Sister Act 3 a reality! Do you want to see this film? Be sure to connect with us on Twitter and Facebook to let us know!
