Welcome to another edition of the DISNEY Reporter. Each week we share the top Disney and geek headlines in a concise report. This week, there are more updates on Disney Parks reservation cancellations due to the coronavirus. Florida also has released guidelines for how Walt Disney World Resort could reopen.

This coming Monday, May the 4th, is Star Wars Day! There is a lot of things happening for this special day. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be arriving on Disney+. The organization behind Star Wars: Celebration will be hosting an online celebration. There are also new Starbucks ‘Been There’ mugs that are themed to Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back 40th anniversary of being released!

In entertainment news, Hercules is getting the live-action treatment in a new movie being produced by the Russo brothers. The Disney Family Singalong: Volume II is also making its way to ABC on Mother’s Day in a reprisal of the concept after a successful first program.

Finally, Disney has introduced a line of cloth masks for Disney fans to wear as they go out and about and attempt to maintain social distance from others.
