“Rise of Skywalker” Ticket Pre-Sales Beat out “Avengers: Endgame”

This evening, Star Wars fans were in for a treat as the final trailer of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker debuted during Monday Night Football. As the trailer debuted, and in some cases even earlier, tickets went on sale to eager fans that wanted to grab their opportunity to see this cinematic event! According to Atom Tickets, ticket pre-sales beat records in a major way!

Atom reported that first-hour sales completely overtook the record set by Avengers: Endgame by 45%. Endgame went on to become the highest-grossing film of all-time, so it will be fascinating to watch what happens as Rise of Skywalker hits box offices on December 20.
