Disney Villains Stepping into the Spotlight for Series on Disney+ Streaming Service

Disney Villains

It’s time to get dangerously villainous! Some of our favorite Disney Villains are coming to the Disney+ Streaming Service and we can’t wait to see what they cook up!

While we’ve seen plenty of stories about princesses and their one true love, we never really get to see things from the Villains side. We’re excited to see that change with this new series! Based on the book series by Serena Valentino, the villains will get their own chance in the spotlight. While we don’t know yet who the series will follow, the books follow Disney Villains like Ursula and the Queen from Snow White. The drama, which has been in the works for months, will be penned by Michael Seitzman (Quantico, Code Black). Seitzman will also produce via his ABC Studios-based Maniac Productions, which he runs with Christina Davis. The project hails from ABC Signature Studios.

Disney+ Streaming Service, set to launch later this year, will contain some of our favorite classics, all on demand! Of course, there will be plenty of content that fans already know and love but Disney has been announcing original content! With everything from The Muppets to a new High School Musical TV Series, we can’t wait to press play on all these new shows!

What do you think of the upcoming series coming to the streaming service? Who would you like to see the series revolve around? Connect with us on Twitter and Facebook to let us know what you would like to see!
