The Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort each have their own Food & Wine Festivals now. In the spring, the Disneyland Resort hosts the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The fall brings the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival to the Walt Disney World Resort. With it comes the announcement of a new cookbook. The Disney Food & Wine Festival Coast-to-Coast Cookbook gives home chefs the chance to recreate the tastes of these Food & Wine Festivals in their very own kitchens!
With the Disney Parks Blog announcement of this cookbook, a recipe was also unveiled. This recipe is from the Africa Marketplace, one of 35 Global Marketplaces at the 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. This is a savory vegetarian stew.
