Welcome to Geeks Corner. This is the place where it is good to be a geek, especially a Disney geek! This week we have a lot that we are excited to chat about. First off, Winnie the Pooh is being made into a live-action movie. For this film Ewan McGregor will be portraying a grown Christopher Robin. The geeks chat about what this could look like and how it could work. At Disneyland, Johnny Depp brought to life Captain Jack Sparrow and created magic for guests riding the classic Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. The geeks chat about what other attractions they would like to see actors bring their characters to life in. Next, Caitie talks about what it is like re-experiencing an attraction after seeing the movie the attraction was based off of. Yes, she has been riding Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye for years without seeing Indiana Jones. Finally, the geeks share about the “why” behind DAPs Magic.
