Some yummy and new delicious items have been added to the menu aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy cruise ship. Remy, a fine dining location, has expanded the menu to include new desserts, a caviar selection and a seasonal truffle menu.
Now offered are Petites Assiettes de Remy, also known as Small Plates of Remy. This selection provides a gourmet experience with food and wine. This offering will be available in the evenings on the first day of each cruise. Guests will be able to enjoy six different dishes along with a wine paring. Courses include Californian caviar, grilled salmon with smoked salmon cream, and Kobe beef with turnip and potato gratin and more. This comes to $50 per person.
Only available on the Disney Fantasy, the Pompidou’s Patisseries Dessert Experience will provide a tasting of six desserts. While enjoying your selections, Remy’s Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef will reveal historical information on items. This experience includes items such as a French praline topped with milk chocolate mousse and dark chocolate glaze, orange crème pâtissière inside an orange-flavored tuile wafe and much more. Guests can find this experience during sea days at $50 per person.
From November through February, Remy celebrates the season of truffles. Guests can enjoy the Truffle Collection such as white Alba and black Périgord truffles. Each will be perfectly placed into six different courses. This menu is $ 250 per person.
Lastly, the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will have a special Caviar Selection. To be served a-la-carte, guests can enjoy a variety of of Osetra and Sevruga caviars. Items rang in menu price from $99 to $360.
