A 22 year old Disneyland cast member has been arrested after allegedly setting off a small explosion with dry ice in a water bottle. This was deposited into a trash can in Toon Town where it exploded around 5:30pm yesterday. This small explosion caused the evacuation and closure of Toon Town for about two hours…
