Yes, I've known my best friend since we
0:07
were eight.
0:25
Thank you.
0:26
Thank you.
0:58
You found it. Perfect. Good job. So, I
1:00
owe you a hidden Mickey. Yes.
1:02
Um, great. So, as you are exploring the
1:04
club today, you're going I don't have
1:07
um some really really cool cacti totems
1:10
that are outside of our movement studio.
1:12
So if you're going to check out the
1:13
class dance class a little bit later, do
1:17
make sure you look at that art as well.
1:18
That is by a local artist named Dustin
1:20
Gamble. Um and he's created a few custom
1:24
cacti for us. You might find a video in
1:27
one of them.
1:30
Fabulous. Well, welcome to Plot Twist.
1:33
I'm very excited to have you all here.
1:35
see you all once again. Um, you heard me
1:37
talk quite a bit about story up at
1:40
Architects Fork and how, of course,
1:42
everything that we do is informed by
1:44
story. Again, the story that we're
1:46
telling here is that of a creative
1:48
oasis. And so, like you heard me say,
1:51
each of our amenities is inspired by a
1:53
different type of creativity. So, now we
1:56
are down here in plot twist, which is
1:57
inspired by the creativity that comes
1:59
from the written word. Um, I will also
2:02
point out I think we're possibly the
2:04
only beach bar in the desert, which is
2:07
quite fun. Um, so after you've gone
2:10
swimming in the lagoon and put your toes
2:12
in the sand, you can come over here and
2:14
have a drink and some delicious fish
2:15
tacos and check out story moments that
2:17
we have. So, I want to make sure I point
2:19
those out to you. We're going to head
2:21
over here. I don't want to force anyone
2:22
to stand in the sun, but if you're
2:24
willing to brave the sun, this wall
2:26
covering is really quite fun. So, these
2:29
are all pages from books that went on to
2:33
become Disney films. So, you'll see
2:35
Treasure Island, 20,000 Lakes Under the
2:38
Sea, Alice in Wonderland, Living Desert.
2:41
We got them all. Um, and then what I
2:43
love that our Imagineering team has done
2:45
is they've um scribbled in the margins
2:47
and circled words they find inspiring
2:50
almost as if it was someone who was
2:51
thinking about how do I turn this into a
2:53
screenplay for a film. Um, and then of
2:56
course we have the illustrations that
2:58
complement the pages as well. I will
3:00
point out a really fun photo op that I
3:02
discovered this morning. If you sit here
3:06
and you angle your selfie just
3:08
perfectly, that crown will sit right on
3:10
your head, which is really fun. Um, so
3:12
that's what my phone is filled with now.
3:14
Um, we also have these beautiful wooden
3:17
ring dividers. You'll see those letter
3:19
details that is inspired by a letter
3:22
press. Um, and there's a couple of
3:25
hidden Mickeys in each of them that I'll
3:27
let you all find as well. And then if
3:29
you look above the bar, I'll move so
3:31
that you all can uh get out of the
3:33
front, too. Um, if you look above the
3:35
bar, we've got this really, really fun
3:37
chandelier. Um, again, playing with the
3:40
idea of creativity that comes through
3:43
written word. And so, these are pages
3:46
draped across. And so, the team had a
3:48
lot of fun figuring out, okay, what is
3:50
the right page that we want to drape on
3:52
this chandelier and I think it turned
3:54
out just beautifully. The lines on the
3:58
um tile on the floor as well again like
4:02
something that feels handwritten um
4:04
which is a really fun detail. Um and
4:07
then while we're over here I'll also
4:09
point out what is happening across the
4:12
lagoon this way. Um this is our town
4:14
center which will open in 2026. The town
4:18
center will be open to the public, so
4:20
you won't need to be an artisan club
4:22
member and cino resident to be able to
4:24
go. It will be open to anyone. It'll
4:26
have some really fun shopping, dining.
4:29
Um, those brown buildings that you see
4:31
closest to us is our artisan village,
4:34
which is a pedestrianon area of the town
4:37
center. Um, and those cabanas will be
4:40
available um to local artists and
4:42
artisans to be able to shut sell their
4:44
wares out of. um fun little like mini
4:47
shops. Um and then we will have a public
4:49
beach as well. So you'll be able to come
4:51
buy a day pass, enjoy the the beach
4:54
amenities, get out there on the lagoon,
4:56
rent a paddle board, and spend the day
4:58
at the beach in the desert.
5:00
Nice.
5:00
In the desert.
5:01
Thank you.
5:03
We have the
5:06
Yep. The fun the fun doesn't end here.
5:08
We have more fun coming in 2026.
5:11
Do you have an estimated an opening date
5:13
for
5:13
Um we don't yet. Um, we just know it'll
5:16
be next year.
5:18
What is our altitude?
5:20
Um, we don't have plans for a hotel
5:22
currently.
5:23
Okay.
5:28
Perfect. Any other questions that I can
5:30
answer?
5:32
Oh, wait. I haven't told you all about
5:34
the sand yet, right?
5:35
No. Tell us about the sand.
5:37
Okay. This is not a storytelling detail,
5:40
but it is a really great example of
5:42
Imagineering's attention to detail. Um,
5:45
do make sure you touch the sand at some
5:48
point because we went through a lot of
5:49
sand tests to find the exact perfect
5:53
sand that had that like soft powdery
5:56
texture, but not so soft that you get
5:57
stuck in it. And then it is also special
6:00
sand that it still gets warm, but it
6:02
stays like relatively cool even during
6:04
the heat of summer. Um, so we went
6:06
through many sand samples. We put our
6:08
toes in a lot of sand. We put our
6:09
fingers in a lot of sand. Um, and we
6:12
finally found what we think is the
6:13
perfect sand. And I've heard that other
6:15
people think it's quite nice, too. So,
6:17
do make sure you check it out.
6:19
What kind of sand is it?
6:20
It is a like aggregate of a couple of
6:24
It's a proprietary blend of sand. Okay.
6:27
Um, that has
6:28
Yeah, exactly. Perfect. I'm going to
6:30
start using that. Thank you. Um, but it
6:33
really just does have like the most
6:35
delicious texture to it.
6:38
So, it's quite fun.
6:39
I don't want to touch it now.
6:40
I know.
6:41
Yeah. I hope I haven't overhyped the
6:43
sand.
6:45
But there were many, many meetings about
6:47
the sand.
6:56
Is it cool?
6:57
It's not desert yet. It's cool.
7:01
You can walk through
7:16
your favorite part of the club so far.
7:28
What did you
7:34
know?
7:48
Yes. Love.
7:51
Oh, that room.
7:53
I think it is. of the smallest project
7:58
ever.
8:11
It's such a hard secret to keep
