Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is returning to Walt Disney World Resort! Details were announced today about what exactly it will entail this coming summer. Starting on May 24th, this will offer the opening of attractions, stage shows, and other limited-time entertainment before it concludes on September 8, 2026. In short, it is fun for the whole family!

There are some key dates to keep in mind for this spring and summer for those who want to experience all that Cool KIDS’ SUMMER has to offer. Below are dates of note for this spring and summer’s offerings.

Highlights of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER
Throughout Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, there will be many ways for the family to make memories together while visiting Walt Disney World Resort.

Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station
Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station will be opening on May 26th at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This will remain available for guests to enjoy beyond Cool KIDS’ Summer. It will allow guests to play games and dance with Bluey and Bingo at Conservation Station.
To experience this offering, guests will hop aboard the Wildlife Express Train and take a ride over to Conservation Station for a whole lot of fun. Once there, they will get to play special games that are directly from Bluey episodes. There will also be the opportunity to take a picture with Bluey and Bingo. On top of that, there will be the opportunity to discover animals from Bluey’s home country of Australia at “Jumping Junction.”

Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Review in Magic Kingdom
Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue will debut at the Magic Kingdom in the Diamond Horseshoe in Frontierland for Cool KIDS’ SUMMER. This Toy Story-themed limited-time offering will feature Jessie, Woody, Bullseye, and other Toy Story pals in an energetic roundup that includes songs, dance, games, and other playful activities.
GoofyCore at EPCOT
GoofyCore is returning to EPCOT this summer for Cool KIDS’ SUMMER. Families can head to CommuniCore Hall to experience a party that’s packed with music, movement, and silliness. This is a limited-time offering that includes DJ-led dance breaks, interactive games, and larger-than-life playground-style activities that allow kids to wiggle, giggle, and let loose with Goofy!

Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Opening on May 26th and continuing beyond Cool KIDS’ Summer, Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! will give families the chance to Mousekedance with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in this new show based on the Disney Jr. hit series Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+. This new immersive show will allow everyone to join the party at the Clubhouse with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto. This show features original songs and is also interactive.
A Disney Springs Dance Party
The fun during Cool KIDS’ SUMMER isn’t just confined to the parks! Over at Disney Springs at the Marketplace on select nights, guests will have the opportunity to break out their best dance moves during a party that features hits from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3. This comes in celebration of the arrival of these new original movies on Disney+ this summer.

Water Parks with Disney Friends
Guests can also enjoy meeting Goofy in his laid-back style at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or Stitch spreading playful chaos at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park this summer.
For those guests who would rather enjoy an evening in a water park, Disney H2O Glow After Hours will be returning to Typhoon Lagoon on select nights between June 2nd and September 5th. This is a separately ticketed event that is full of fun. Guests can enjoy an evening in the water park after dark, boogie on the beach, and also see rare Disney characters, including Powerline Max, Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, and more!

Early Entry
Guests who stay at the Disney Resorts Collection hotels can enjoy 30 minutes of early entry to theme parks during their stay (valid theme park admission and a park reservation, if applicable, required). During Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, there will be some special surprises in store. This includes early morning character appearances throughout all four theme parks. This provides more time for hotel guests to enjoy interacting with some of their favorite Disney friends.

Guests who stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside during Cool KIDS’ SUMMER will get the opportunity for even more experiences and amenities that are designed for families with young children. This includes scheduled visits from favorite Disney friends, like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
There will also be special libraries available from Disney Publishing during Cool KIDS’ SUMMER at these resorts. These will feature beloved stories from Disney Princesses to Disney Heroes. On select nights, there will be pajama parties that feature story time and “create your own bedtime story” activities to wrap up the day before hitting the hay.
These four Disney Resort hotels will also be ready to help cover the needs of little ones. They will have complimentary essentials, including bottle warmers, infant bathtubs, diaper disposals, and nightlights available for guests to use throughout their stay.

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at Magic Kingdom
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin has been closed for months as it gets some magical new updates. The attraction will reopen on April 8th in the Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland. Guests will be invited to save the galaxy from the evil emperor Zurg. This attraction has been recharged and will feature new interactive targets and hand-held blasters, new lighting, sound and vibration effects, and a new Star Command support bot named Buddy. Buddy will help train guests with target practice before they head out on their mission. There will also be new Disney PhotoPass memories for guests that feature, for the first time, their scores and rank.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom
Fans have been eagerly watching the progress of the work being done at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom. Currently, the finishing touches are being worked on. The attraction will reopen with new magic and look better than ever after this refurbishment. It is expected to reopen in early May to join the fun of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER.

The Mandalorian and Grogu on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is getting an update in conjunction with the arrival of The Mandalorian and Grogu in theaters on May 22nd. This attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will see guests going on new missions with The Mandalorian and Grogu as they track down ex-Imperial officers while also manning the Millennium Falcon. A first for the attraction, guests will get to select which planets the ship visits. There will also be new gameplay that allows the engineers to communicate directly with Grogu throughout the mission.
The Walt Disney Studios at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
“The Walt Disney Studios” outdoor courtyard will be opening on May 26th for families to see and explore.
Later in the summer, The Magic of Disney Animation will debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Families will find playful moments around every corner. This will include the “Drawn to Wonderland” playground, Disney friends in “Off the Page!,” and “Olaf Draws,” where guests of all ages will learn to draw with Olaf and the help of some legendary Disney Animation artists and their pre-recorded guidance.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will also be racing into Disney’s Hollywood Studios sometimes this summer. Fans will get to rock out with The Electric Mayhem while enjoying the high-speed hijinks of The Muppets.
Soarin’ Across America at EPCOT
As part of the 250th anniversary celebration of the United States of America, Soarin’ Across America will debut at EPCOT on May 26th. This new Soarin’ experience will showcase some of the natural beauty found in the United States. This includes the Grand Canyon and iconic cityscapes. All of these beautiful new views will be accompanied by a new orchestration of the classic Soarin’ theme.
