On March 18, 2026, The Walt Disney Company will hold its annual shareholder meeting. This will also be the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Disney. March 18th is also the day that Josh D’Amaro will be taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer, as current CEO Bob Iger retires. Ahead of the shareholder meeting, Disney revealed that it will be webcast. This will take place at 10:00 AM on March 18th at Disney.com/Investors. Disney shared the news with the following release:

BURBANK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The annual meeting of shareholders of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS), including remarks by management regarding the Company, will be available live via webcast at www.disney.com/investors beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET/ 10:00 a.m. PT on March 18, 2026. The webcast presentation will be archived.

Disney’s Annual Shareholder Meeting will provide a progress report for The Walt Disney Company. It will also give those who watch a glimpse into what Disney will be like under D’Amaro’s leadership.
