New ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ Spot Released During Super Bowl

A new tv spot has been released for the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu. The new spot comes ahead of the arrival of the next Star Wars film on May 22, 2026. An extended version of the spot was shared on YouTube. In it, Djin Djarin and Grogu can be seen aboard the Star Wars equivalent of a sleigh. It is being pulled by four tauntauns. It almost feels like it could be a Budweiser commercial with Clydesdale Horses with tauntauns taking over the role of the horses. The full spot can be seen below.

The Mandalorian & Grogu Official Description

The Mandalorian and Grogu, directed by Jon Favreau, follows an all-new adventure for legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu. The film, which also stars Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White, is produced by Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, and Ian Bryce, with music composed by Ludwig Göransson.
