Joining him for the first time is Ginnifer Goodwin, the voice of everyone’s favorite bunny cop in Disney’s Zootopia 2, whose Disney roots and love for storytelling make her an ideal co-host for this magical tradition. And keeping the excitement rolling from the parade route is Maia Kealoha, who stars as Lilo in the Disney live-action film Lilo and Stitch, sharing all the festive moments as our parade correspondent.
Here’s who else will be spreading holiday cheer from Disney destinations around the world:

42 Years of the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade
The parade first aired in 1983 as a way to bring the enchantment of Disney Parks into homes during the holidays. What began as a simple broadcast of festive floats and beloved characters has grown into a spectacular celebration featuring world-class performances, dazzling visuals, and heartwarming moments that families look forward to every year.
Speaking of heartwarming moments, I always love seeing the magic of Disney shared with families, and this year three families were surprised with trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and aboard Disney Cruise Line. Plus, grab your tissues for a touching story recognizing a Walt Disney World cast member for the positive difference they make in the world.
As we all gather with our families to watch the special, we’ll also get a glimpse of what’s coming next at The Walt Disney Company. Disney fans will be happy to catch sneak peeks of Disney and Pixar’s all-new movie Hoppers AND the highly anticipated live-action Moana, both releasing next year.
Mark your calendars for December 25 and join us for this beloved tradition that brings families together in the most magical way. Oh, and don’t forget to join the conversation @ABC and @DisneyParks.
