As Hong Kong Disneyland celebrates its 20th anniversary, some exciting announcements and details are being shared. This includes the new Wayfinders’ Table Moana-themed restaurant, details about the new Spider-Man attraction, and a new stage show that is based on Monsters, Inc. Some of your favorite Pixar pals are coming to Hong Kong Disneyland in an all-new immersive theatrical experience celebrating the joy of friendship and the power of play.
As can be seen in the concept art, it appears that CDA Agents will be moving out into the audience of this theater. The new show comes as Disney has also announced that a new land based on Monsters, Inc. will be coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. This will include Disney’s first suspended coaster.
Another post on social media shares that this new theatrical experience will utilize “cutting-edge theatrical technology that blends real and digital environments to connect generations of Pixar fans.”
