The Disneyland Resort has shared some information about these two new Disney Ambassadors. Read about each of them below!

Meet Michele Mary

Michele Mary grew up in Buena Park, Calif. and currently resides in Corona, Calif. Disneyland Resort has played an important role in Michele’s life, from visiting as a young child to working there as her first job after high school.

Her Disney career first began in 2000 with the Resort Transportation and Parking team, where she supported guests during their arrival by parking cars and driving trams. After earning a bachelor’s degree in geological sciences from California State University, Fullerton and spending five years with the company, Michele left to pursue a master’s degree in geology at the University of Utah. She continued her graduate education at the University of Kansas before returning to the resort. After working on Main Street, U.S.A., as a merchandise working lead in the Emporium, Michele rejoined Resort Parking and Transportation in 2024 as a salaried leader. In addition to her role at the resort, she has served as a part-time faculty member at California State University, Fullerton teaching courses in geological science. As a Disney Ambassador, Michele hopes to carry on the rich tradition and legacy of the historic program.

Outside of work, Michele is a member of a car club and enjoys participating in community events. She also loves to learn and create, listen to audiobooks and make jewelry for friends.

Meet Oralia Neria Felix

Oralia Felix was born in Lynwood, Calif. and grew up in Long Beach, Calif. She is a proud first-generation Mexican American. She earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts with an emphasis in performance from California State University, Long Beach and later received a master’s degree in business administration from Purdue Global University through Disney Aspire.

She began her Disney career in 2017 as an Attractions cast member in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure park. During that time, she had the opportunity to become a lead, trainer and scheduler. Her passion for training and leadership led her to becoming a Step Into the Magic facilitator, welcoming new cast members to Disneyland Resort in both English and Spanish. Oralia later became a training specialist with Operations Training, supporting the onboarding process. One of her proudest accomplishments was helping redesign the Step Into the Magic from a one-day program to a two-day experience.

Outside of work, Oralia enjoys making memories with her family and friends. She and her friends are experts in escape rooms and planning trips to new places. She also enjoys hiking with her husband and discovering new restaurants. Oralia hopes to carry forward the legacy of the Disney Ambassador program with grace and kindness.
