The finalists for the 2026-2027 Walt Disney World Ambassador Team were announced this week, ahead of the big announcement on Friday at EPCOT.

The finalists are from various lines of business throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Phelicia, Kylee, Zoe, Justin, and Luis were surprised with their “Ambassador Finalist” name tags by the current Ambassadors Serena and Shannon near the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

In a video shared on social media, Phelicia said, “It’s the hugest honor. This is honestly so surreal that we’re doing this right now, and that is to spend a day with the current Ambassador Team.” Finalist Zoe said, “Today has been a great reminder of what is really important in this process, and that is the community and the connection that we all have together.” Finalist Justin said, “Truly, the bread and butter of what makes being a Cast Member so special is that each one of us support, uplift, and help one another. Finalist Luis said, “We create happiness for our guests. We create happiness for our fellow Cast Members,. It’s the reason why we’re here and I’m so grateful for it.” Finalist Kylee said, “It’s such a special privilege every time we put on our Disney name tags. This group is just a really incredible groups of people, and I just feel lucky to be one of them.”
