As Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort continues for the spooky season in 2025, there are plenty of different things to experience in the parks and beyond. The entertainment includes the return of Halloween Screams, the Mickey & Friends Halloween Time Cavalcade, and more. This doesn’t include the incredible offerings that guests experience during the Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party! There is one show that was performed at the Disneyland Resort; however, that is not included as part of the Halloween Time or Oogie Boogie Bash entertainment offerings. There is one I would love to see make a return after it was offered during Disneyland After Dark: Villains Nite in the spring of 2022.
The Bald Mountain Night Club “is where we villains come to relax,” shared Dr. Terminus from Pete’s Dragon. It’s where everyone sings “in the key of evil!” This show was presented in front of Paradise Bay, where Dr. Terminus was joined by singers, dancers, a small orchestra, and some other villains, including the Queen of Hearts, the Queen, and Mother Gothel. This is a show that celebrates Disney villains and gives them a chance to shine. It is a show that would fit perfectly in with Oogie Boogie and the other Disney villains at Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party. Or perhaps, it could be a seasonal offering in the Hyperion Theater. This is a variety show that is perfect for Halloween, with a variety of Disney villains. It is also one that could be updated with new villains and songs.
Here is a look at the Bald Mountain Night Club from its short run during Disneyland After Dark: Villains Nite in 2022:
The Bald Mountain Night Club is a fun collection of Disney villains. Dr. Terminus makes for a great emcee. It would be fun to see more of Dr. Terminus and more of these Disney villains in the spotlight in this musical way. The musical choices are also quite humorous and make for a fun blend of evil and humor.
What do you think of Bald Mountain Night Club? Would you like to see it (or a variation of it) come to the Disneyland Resort during Halloween Time? Perhaps for Oogie Boogie Bash? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
