There were lots of fun patriotic performances throughout the 4th of July weekend at the Disneyland Resort. The 1st Marine Division Band and its subsidiary bands brought various venues to life for guests to enjoy celebrating Independence Day. This was also a celebration for these Marines, who in November will be celebrating the 250th anniversary of this service.
Along with the marching band performing throughout the Disneyland Resort on July 4th and July 5th, the Old Breed Brass Band also performed on July 5th at the Pixar Pier Bandshell. The band performed at 7:15 PM and also at 8:15 PM. The Daps Magic team caught the 7:15 PM performance at Pixar Pier Bandshell. Check it out here:
About the Old Breed Brass Band
The “Old Breed Brass Band” performs high-energy shows both onstage and as a mobile group, engaging audiences of all ages. Their product is a distinctive blend of jazz improvisation and dance music, pop songs, or heavy funk, often showcasing exciting original compositions and energetic soloists. The Brass Band is an extremely flexible ensemble performing everywhere from concert stages to street corners, and festivals to sporting events.
