A new episode of We Call It Imagineering is set to be released tomorrow. This new episode will go behind the scenes and give a look behind the scenes at entertainment, particularly the upcoming Disney Starlight parade. This new nighttime parade will debut at Magic Kingdom on July 20, 2025. The announcement was made via social media today by Walt Disney Imagineering:
We Call It Imagineering gives fans the chance to look “behind the curtain, so that you can see what our Imagineers are working on, and to learn how these amazing people do what they do,” Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, said in the first episode. The series showcases Imagineers and what they do as they design, innovate, and create new experiences for Disney parks and beyond.
“As Imagineers we know our end product isn’t gears or circuits or revolutionary robotic figures that engage with guests in brand new ways, it’s actually emotion in its truest form,” Bruce Vaughn, Chief Creative Officer at Walt Disney Imagineering, explained. “That’s why we do what we do, and we’re excited to be sharing this with you.”
The first episode of We Call It Imagineering focused on the new Audio-Animatronic characters that were found in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The second took a look at Soundscapes. The third episode warmed hearts and looked at attractions with the legendary Bob Gurr. The fourth episode will debut on July 11th, and Daps Magic will share it once it is available.
