Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is Magic Kingdom’s after-hours Christmas party. It is offered on select nights in November and December. It includes festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and sweet treats.
This week, Disney released information about the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. Details and dates were also revealed for Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Below is a look at what you need to know for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Dates
The 2025 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be offered on select nights between Friday, November 7, to Sunday, December 21. Here are all the dates this party is offered:

For those attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, they can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 PM. The party begins officially at 7:00 PM.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets
Tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be available later this month. Because of the popularity of this party, if you intend to attend, plan on purchasing tickets early! Tickets will be available on the following dates:
July 16 – Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green will be able to purchase tickets.
July 22 – All guests will be able to purchase tickets.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Character Greetings
Meeting with characters are always a very popular activity at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Below is a look at some of the character greeting opportunities that will be available at this party:

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade offers an enchanting experience that embodies the spirit of the holidays. This parade includes dancing gingerbread men, whimsical ballroom dancers, beloved marching toy soldiers, and upbeat holiday music and scents to help put people into the holiday spirit.
This beautiful parade also adds to the magic of Christmas with Disney characters dressed in holiday attire. Santa Claus also makes a special appearance and wishes those in attendance a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
The parade begins on Frontierland and makes its way to Main Street, U.S.A. Keep in mind that this means there are some fantastic places to view the parade throughout the park.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks is a merry nighttime spectacular that is hosted by Minnie Mouse. It includes some favorite holiday tunes like Deck the Halls and We Wish You A Merry Christmas that are accompanied by stunning pyrotechnics, castle projections, and lighting effects.
Disney shared the following description about this show:
Cinderella Castle will be wrapped like a present in vibrant holiday scenes; all synchronized perfectly with the music and fireworks above. Gather the elves in front of the castle to view the projections or watch the fireworks display from a variety of vantage points throughout Magic Kingdom, with great views available in areas like Liberty Square, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.
Fireworks viewing can also be enjoyed at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant with the returning Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party. This is an add-on experience that includes sweet treats and a sweet view of the fireworks. Reservation details will be coming soon.

Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration is an energetic performance on the Cinderella Castle stage. Disney Christmas reminds people why it is the happiest season of all. This is full of joyful tunes as live performers and characters like Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, and Woody show up during the show.

Frozen Holiday Surprise & Dance Parties
Ring in the season with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies at Cinderella Castle as it transforms into a frozen wonderland during the Frozen Holiday Surprise.
There are also multiple holiday dance parties with Disney friends. This includes:
- Club Tinsel at Rocket Tower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland
- Disney Junior Jingle Jam at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Tomorrowland

Meet Santa at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Meet Santa at Santa’s Christmas Carnival during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This is found over at Storybook Circus. It is a great place to meet Santa and also participate in crafts and meet other friends who are bursting with Christmas cheer. This location is near Dumbo the Flying Elephand and The Barnstormer.

Rides at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Some attractions at Magic Kingdom will receive some holiday-themed makeovers for this Christmas Party. This includes Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise, and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.

Sweet Treats, Merchandise, and More!
There will also be a variety of cookies, hot cocoa, and more handed out to guests at select locations throughout Magic Kingdom during the party. These are included in the cost of the ticket and make for a perfect holiday treat to accompany the other offerings of the night. The locations for where these sweet treats will be distributed will be shared on the holiday party maps that are found at the front entrance of Magic Kingdom.
Other exciting things that will be offered include exclusive party merchandise at the Emporium. There will also be plenty of exclusive foods during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Details about these will be released at a later date.
If all of that isn’t enough, throughout the night it Main Street, U.S.A. will see “snowfall” accompanied by classic holiday tunes.
