On this day in 1945, actress Edie McClurg was born. She lent her memorable voice to a long list of Disney and Pixar projects over the years. Some notable roles include Minny the minivan in ‘Cars’ and ‘Cars 2,’ Carlotta in ‘The Little Mermaid’ series, and Fran the squirrel in ‘Higglytown Heroes.’ McClurg can be heard in ‘Frozen,’ ‘Zootopia,’ ‘Wreck-It Ralph,’ ‘A Bug’s Life,’ ‘TaleSpin,’ and ‘Darkwing Duck’ among many others.
