The Disneyland Band and Mickey Mouse made a surprise performance on Saturday at the Santa Monica Pier 360 Beach Festival. The extra Disney magic joined the Old Navy x Disney Road Trip and included a performance by the Disneyland Band at the festival. The performance included favorite Disney tunes and also the new Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration theme song, Celebrate Happy.
The Old Navy x Disney Road Trip stop will continue to be available throughout the weekend for fans to check out as part of the Santa Monica Pier 360 Beach Festival. This is a free pop-up experience that is family-friendly. It is inspired by the classic American road trip. It also has the recently launched Old Navy x Disney collection on hand for fans to shop and purchase at discounted prices. Other offerings included at the pop-up are:
- Summer scenic photo opportunities
- Roadside refreshments
- Exciting giveaways
- An exclusive Old Navy x Disney pop-up store, including sold-out fan favorites like the mini tote bag
Some of the giveaways include postcards that were designed by the voice of Mickey Mouse, Bret Iwan. The arrival of Mickey Mouse and the Disneyland Band comes as the Disneyland Resort is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
