’Welcome to Wrexham’ Renewed for Season 5

Welcome to Wrexham, the docu-series about a Welsh football team has been renewed for a fifth season. Wrexham AFC was purchased by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny. The duo went about revitalizing the team and surrounding town in this docu-series that has endeared itself to fans who love the sport and don’t.

Along with the return of Welcome to Wrexham for another season, it was also announced that there will be a new docu-series called Necaxa. This show will follow Mexico’s Club Necaxa. Both Reynolds and McElhenny purchased a stake in this team that also is partially owned by Eva Longoria.

Beloved Mexican soccer team Club Necaxa strives to reclaim their place as one of Mexico’s top teams, while their Mexican-American owner Eva Longoria tries to breathe new life into the team by enlisting the help of her high-profile friends including new co-owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.
