Adventureland Entrance Disneyland

Walls Come Down in Adventureland at Disneyland Revealing Interesting New Icon

For quite some time, entering Adventureland at Disneyland meant passing by walls. The walls were in front of the restrooms. At one point, a rock wall was found in the location. However, as time went by, it became apparent that something else would end up there. Recently, a new wall could be seen emerging behind these construction walls. On Friday, May 16, 2025, the construction walls came down to reveal a new wall and a new feature that appears to be a fountain or shrine… perhaps made by ancient Cambodian shriners?

The new feature is a welcome addition to Adventureland. It provides something interesting that can be seen from the entrance to the land. It also draws guests in to take a look at what it might be. It also has the look that it has been there for a very long time. On Friday, a friend of Daps Magic Spencer, saw that the construction walls were down and took the following pictures of what can be found in the location now.

The new feature seems to connect to the Cambodian shrine in the Jungle Cruise. It is also reminiscent of the Indiana Jones Adventure. As of Friday, water was not running in this feature. However, it looks like this definitely could be something that happens at some point.
