Cargo Carrying G1T4-M1N1 Droid Arrives on Disney Store

A new cargo-carrying droid has arrived on Disney Store, and you can bring it home today! It is one of the daily releases ahead of May the 4th. The G1T4-M1N1 Droid comes from Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF). It rolls and is equipped with cameras and sensors that allow the droid to easily identify and follow its user while traversing its surroundings.

“Collaborating with Disney and Lucasfilm on this Star Wars-inspired robot was a natural fit because their legacy of creative storytelling aligns perfectly with our team’s mission,” says Piaggio Fast Forward CEO Greg Lynn. “PFF turns everyday mobility challenges into opportunities for connection and exploration. Star Wars has inspired generations with its imaginative galaxy and futuristic droids assisting humans with everyday tasks, matching our vision for the future of robotics.”

The G1T4-M1N1 uses “pedestrian etiquette” to have smooth navigation and to move around obstacles with comfortable following distances. It is able to follow its user with the push of a button. This limited edition gitamini also features custom droid sounds and light patterns that display status updates. This includes battery updates, park mode, and pairing mode. There are also other new sound designs, including audio responses to the G1T4-M1N1 user’s behavior like idling and acceleration. This droid can carry up to 20 pounds in its cargo bin and features dimensions of 17.9 inches long, 16.5 inches wide, and 18.9 inches high. Specifics can be seen below.

G1T4-M1N1 also includes custom Star Wars decals on the interior cargo bin and exterior panels. Connectivity is through the mygita app. With this app, the user will be able to name their droid, stream music, and check the battery status.
