Cool Kid Summer has kicked off at Walt Disney World Resort! This summer of fun offers activities and shows throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. This limited-time offering continues through September 1, 2025. This includes Goofycore at EPCOT, the arrival of The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure and Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and more. Throughout Walt Disney World Resort, there are also some fun party spots popping up. One of them is in Storybook Circus at Magic Kingdom.
Big Top Bash
Magic Kingdom’s Storybook Circus is offering the Big Top Bash! For this, a DJ Ringmaster is on hand for this summertime dance party, along with pop-up silliness with Pluto, and kid-friendly midway-style games with even more hands-on activities inside Big Top Souvenirs.

Galactic Blast
Along with Big Top Bash, Magic Kingdom is also offering the Galactic Blast at Tomorrowland. This DJ dance party is found at the Rocket Tower Plaza Stage. It includes some surprise appearances by Stitch. Nearby at the Merchant of Venus, indoor crafts that are inspired by the new Disney and Pixar film Elio can be found and enjoyed.
The Galactic Blast with Stitch comes as Lilo & Stitch dominated at the box office on its opening weekend. The film beat out the newest Mission: Impossible and started strong as summer begins at the box office.
All of these offerings are a part of Cool Kid Summer at Walt Disney World Resort. Throughout the resort, there will be activities and added magical experiences to be found and enjoyed. Many of them also allow taking a break from the heat!
