Tokyo Disney Resort has announced a new summer promotion. Running from July 2-September 15, the Summer Cool-off at Tokyo Disney Resort will be a fun way to experience this magical place during a warmer part of the year in Japan.
Tokyo Disneyland
During Summer Cool-off at Tokyo Disney Resort, Tokyo Disneyland will offer the Get Soaked entertainment program with Baymax’s Mission: Cool Down. Splash Mountain will be upgraded from last year’s Splash Mountain Get Soaked MAX to Splash Mountain Get Soaked MAX Plus. This promises to offer and even more refreshing experience.
Tokyo DisneySea
At Tokyo DisneySea, there will be a new show that features Mickey Mouse and his friends. This is called Dockside Splash Remix. It will be presented in the evenings at Dockside Stage. The venue will transform into a dance festival. This will include a lot of refreshing spraying water, along with pyrotechnics that will make for a ton of fun on summer nights.
New Theme Song
During this celebration, select summer-exclusive programs will feature a brand-new theme song. The song will be from the three-member band Mrs. GREEN APPLE. One of the experiences where this song will be featured will be on The Happy Ride with Baymax at Tokyo Disneyland. This song will be added to the attraction’s original six song to help guests “level of happiness” fly higher than ever. Tokyo DisneySea’s Get Soaked Harbor Splash will offer guests a fun way to cool down with upbeat music, including this collaboration. There will also be special merchandise for this celebration for a limited time, from late July, during the collaboration with this band.
Disney Hotels
At the Disney Hotels, there will be special menus and programs available for guests to enjoy throughout the summer. This will include night pools. Disney Resort Line will offer day passes in two special designs that are exclusive to this special event.
Park Hopper
As announced earlier, there will also be 1-Day Park Hopper Passports available during this summer celebration. The Early Evening Passport and Weeknight Passport will also be available. The details about these offerings can be found here.
