A new fine dining restaurant is opening soon at the Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland Paris. La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert will be opening on March 7, 2025. Jean Imbert is a passionate Disney enthusiast and has loved Disneyland Paris since childhood. For those who want to experience La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, it will be open by reservation to anyone. This also includes people who aren’t visiting Disneyland Paris. La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert will be welcoming diners every evening from Wednesday through Sunday starting on March 7, 2025. It will be the third restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel.

La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert
La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert translates to The Secret Forest by Jean Imbert. This new restaurant marks the second time that Jean Imbert has brought his culinary talents to this iconic hotel that reopened last year after being reimagined. In 2018 he signed a menu that was offered in the spring at the hotel. The Michelin-starred chef also shared his recipe for ratatouille through a video on Disneyland Paris social media several years ago as well.
In 2019, Chef Imbert was voted Chef of the Year by GQ magazine. According to Vanity Fair rankings, he is also considered one of the 50 most influential French people in the world. Chef Imbert is the youngest graduate of the Paul Bocuse School and also a winner of the French TV show Top Chef in 2012.
Since 2021, he has run the Plaza Athénée in Paris. He won his first star for the restaurant ‘Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée’ just 9 weeks after opening. In March 2022, Imbert became the first chef at Christian Dior boutique at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris. His career continued to climb when he became Chef of the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in April 2022 and of the legendary Le Brando hotel, in the Tetiaroa atoll in French Polynesia, in February 2023.

In May 2023, Chef Imbert became the chef at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes and opened ‘La Plage by Jean Imbert.’ He followed this by opening the gastronomic restaurant ‘La Palme d’Or’ during the 2024 Film Festival. 2024 also saw him taking over Riviera and High Society at The Lana Hotel in Dubai. Most recently, he opened Le Logis Sainte-Catherine at Mont-Saint-Michel on January 16, 2025. Chef Imbert is also the head of the Hôtel Cheval Blanc St-Barth. Chef Imbert is also the creator of the ToShare concept. This he developed with his friend Pharrell Williams.
