At New York Comic Con this weekend, some Star Trek news was revealed. Along with a release date being revealed for Star Trek: Section 31, some news about Star Trek: Strange New Worlds was also revealed.
Rhys Darby from Jumani: The Next Level will be guest starring in the upcoming season. This season is set to arrive on Paramount+ in 2025. What exactly Darby’s character is currently is unknown.
Along with the casting news, a new clip for the season was revealed as well. It shows the U.S.S. Enterprise in combat and Captain Pike and his crew showing what makes the crew of the Enterprise the best in the fleet! Check out this exciting clip here:
About Star Trek: Strange New Worlds
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is based on the years Captain Christopher Pike manned the helm of the U.S.S. Enterprise. The series follows Captain Pike, Science Officer Spock, Number One and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise in the years before Captain Kirk boarded the starship, as they explore new worlds around the galaxy.
