CAST BEHIND THE MAGIC: MEET JOSÉPHINE KHADRI, A LIFEGUARD AT DISNEY NEWPORT BAY CLUB®
As a lifeguard at the sports center of Disney Newport Bay Club ®, Joséphine’s goal is ensuring that all of the guests who seek to unleash their swimming potential in the pools of this seafaring-themed hotel have an enjoyable experience. To successfully accomplish this mission, she helps them navigate their way through the premises and supervises them when they swim in the indoor and outdoor pools.
In addition to taking care of guests in the pool area, Joséphine teams up with her colleagues to look after the sauna, steam room and the hotel’s gym.
And the scope of her role doesn’t stop there! Since she became a Senior Cast Member, she has also been responsible for onboarding and training the new hires who join her team. This role is perfectly aligned with her personality. Passionate about interpersonal relationships, she loves collaborating with her colleagues and enjoys interacting with guests from all over the world every day!
