The dates for the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival have been announced. This delicious festival at Walt Disney World Resort will be taking place from August 29 through November 23, 2024. Along with announcing the dates for this year’s Food & Wine Festival, some highlights of what will be offered throughout the festival were also shared. Details about food, merchandise, entertainment, and more were shared by Disney and can be seen below. Global Marketplaces
Belgian Waffles with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream or Warm Chocolate Ganache at the Belgium Global Marketplace.
Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce in Germany. The Alps will feature Dark Chocolate Fondue with Berries, Pound Cake, and Meringues.
Passionfruit Cheesecake with Toasted Macadamia Nuts will be found in the Hawai’i Marketplace.
Emile’s Fromage Montage will also be returning in 2024. This is a food stroll that encourages guests to sample a variety of delicious cheeses that are served in a variety of ways. Guests purchase any five cheese dishes from the official Global Marketplaces list in their Festival Passport and then collect a stamp for each dish that is purchased. Once there are five stamps collected, the passport can be taken to a specified location for a specialty unique item to enjoy.
Merchandise
There looks to be some really fun merchandise at the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival this year, some of it featuring Figment! There will also be some merchandise featuring Remy from Ratatouille, Mickey Mouse, and others! Disney shared the following images showing some of the merchandise that will be available this year.
CommuniCore Hall
CommuniCore Hall is set to open on June 10th. This location will be open and available for use during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival this year. At this point, Disney isn’t announcing exactly how the space will be used. It is saying that it will be used, however. Disney is also sharing that there will be future announcements about the space.
Eat to the Beat Concert Series & Scavenger Hunts
The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will be returning to the America Garden Theatre for the festival as well. This will be presented by Florida Blue and performances will be taking place nightly. There will also be the return of the Eat to the Beat Dining Packages to ensure guests the opportunity to get seats for their favorite acts. More details about these will be coming soon.
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt will give guests the chance to purchase a map (while supplies last) and go on a search for their favorite little chef as is hidden throughout World Showcase.
There will be more things coming and announced about the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in the coming weeks and months leading up to the start of the event.
