‘Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace’ Returns to Theaters for 25th Anniversary.

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace is returning to theaters as it celebrates 25 years since its initial release. Soon fans will be able to see the story that introduced the galaxy to Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul, Padme Amidala, and Jar Jar Binks.

The movie will be released on the weekend of May the 4th with the opening day being on May 3, 2024. Those who go see this re-release can get a new movie poster that was designed for the movie by Matt Ferguson. It showcases Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon in the center seemingly protecting Padme Amidala. Behind her looms Darth Maul. A shadow of the future can be seen in the silhouette of Anakin Skywalker. This is surrounded by some of the other icons and locations seen in the film.
