On January 30, 2024, Pixar Place Hotel officially opened to the public after undergoing a multi-year transformation. Along with a grand opening ceremony, tours of rooms and other spaces, meeting Bing Bong, and seeing Joe Gardner play piano, some members of the media were also given the chance to meet with the people who brought this new hotel to life. These conversations (and a light breakfast!) took place in the Creators Club, the concierge lounge at Pixar Place Hotel. This lounge is not open yet.
It may not be open to the public yet, however, the Creators Club is a beautiful space. Throughout the lounge there are nods to many different Pixar stories and characters. Walking around this space, one will find Pixar attraction posters, concept art, maquettes, and some other fun things from past and present Pixar attractions! Exploring the lounge, one will come across a bug light fixture from “a bug’s land” and a snake ride vehicle from Jessie’s Critter Carousel. Daps Magic was among members of the media who were given the chance to check out the Creators Club. Below is a look at this space as of January 30, 2024.
When it officially opens to the public, this will offer snacks and beverages available throughout the day to the hotel’s concierge guests. The food will be provided by Great Maple. They will get to enjoy the space while listening to a playlist of tunes from Pixar experiences in Disney parks around the world. An exact date has not been announced for the opening of the Creators Club at this time. It will be opening sometime later this year, however.
