HONG KONG, September 15, 2023 – Disney Villains are about to take the spotlight during Disney Halloween Time, as Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) transforms into the most happening Halloween party spot in town from September 16 to October 31, 2023.
This year, the stylish villain, Cruella de Vil, is hosting a brand-new wicked Halloween house party, House of De Vil-lains, gathering all her darlings who dare to step under the spotlight. Guests can model your most mischievous attire, reveal your most villainous side and let’s get wicked in fashion at the five wickedest spots at HKDL, including the award-winning musical “Let’s Get Wicked,” the classic “Mickey’s Halloween Time Street Party!,” the Wicked Fun Trick-or-Treat Trail, and meeting with the Disney Villains for more mischievous fashion tips. What’s more, Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner has been elevated to a whole new level this year!

Hit the Five Wickedest Spots and Indulge in a Ghoulish Journey
1. House of De Vil-lains – Steal the Spotlight at the Wicked Halloween House Party Hosted by Cruella
Cruella de Vil is taking over The Pavilion and transforming it into a party hot spot, inviting all of her beloved villains to crash the all-new Halloween celebration. She invites every guest to dress up with inspiration from a Disney Villain and dress your best Halloween look as you crash her party and make her proud.
From a devilish DJ and wicked refreshments prepared by Cruella’s henchmen, Horace and Jasper, to face paints and temporary tattoos applied by stylists outside Professor Porter’s Trading Post, together with outrageous effects and your stylish villain-inspired outfit, you will be set for the perfect Halloween bash before entering the party! Show off your evilest posts and grab the attention of onsite photographers, who will put you on a magazine cover and turn you into the wicked cover model you’ve always wanted to be!
By making an entrance at the gala, guests will be astonished by a long stylized runway that dramatically extends from Cruella’s silhouette, leading you through a series of different Cruella-inspired overhead projections.
While diving into the heart-pounding music, Cruella’s fellows will teach you Disney Villains’ signature poses to get ready for meeting them in person. Show off your fashion side inspired by Villains and strike a pose in front of the installations inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios classic characters like The Queen from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, the Queen of Hearts from “Alice in Wonderland”, Hades from “Hercules”, Ursula from “The Little Mermaid”, Maleficent from “Sleeping Beauty”, and Cruella from “101 Dalmatians”– which dot the hall.
As Cruella takes back her spotlight on stage, she will perform an original number, “Shine,” to encourage everyone to seize their moment under the spotlight.
