The Mandalorian and Grogu Arrive at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World Resort

The Mandalorian and Grogu have arrived at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. The duo arrived in Florida on the same day that the third season of The Mandalorian arrived on Disney+. The characters also began appearing at Disneyland Paris on March 1st and will be appearing in Discoveryland through March 14th as well. It is unknown how long Mando and Grogu will be at Walt Disney World Resort.

The two characters from The Mandalorian were initially unveiled at D23 Expo 2022. At the time, it was announced that the duo would be coming to the Disneyland Resort by Producer/Director/Writer Jon Favreau and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro.

In November 2022, The Mandalorian and Grogu first arrived at Disneyland. They were met with much enthusiasm and still garner a lot of attention when strolling around Batuu at Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

The third season of The Mandalorian has been described as follows:

The journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.

The Mandalorian is streaming on Disney+ with new episodes of the third season being aired each Wednesday. What do you think of the arrival of Mando and Grogu at Walt Disney World Resort? Will you be going to meet them? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
