Many fans thought it would never happen but now it is. Mel Brooks’ History of the World Part 2 has actually been made and it will soon be on Hulu. This will begin on March 6 and continue through March 9, 2023.
Each episode will have sketches that recreate in a comical way great moments in world history (great moments in American history were already taken by The Muppets at Magic Kingdom). They will be told in a unique, humorous, somewhat accurate way that is unique to Mel Brooks. The teaser also shows historical figures like Jesus, Noah, Harriet Tubman, Sigmund Freud, Amelia Earhart, Abraham Lincoln, Alexander Graham Bell, Marco Polo, and more.
The series has quite a roster of names featured in it. This includes Pamela Adlon, Tim Baltz, Zazie Beetz, Jillian Bell, Quinta Brunson, Dove Cameron, D’Arcy Carden, Ronny Chieng, Rob Corddry, Danny DeVito, David Duchovny, Hannah Einbinder, Jay Ellis, Josh Gad, Kimiko Glenn, Brandon Kyle Goodman, Jake Johnson, Richard Kind, Johnny Knoxville, Lauren Lapkus, Jenifer Lewis, Poppy Liu, Joe Lo Truglio, Jason Mantzoukas, Ken Marino, Jack McBrayer, Zahn McClarnon, Charles Melton, Kumail Nanjiani, Brock O’Hurn, Andrew Rannells, Emily Ratajkowski, Sam Richardson, Nick Robinson, Seth Rogen, Sarah Silverman, Timothy Simons, J.B.
