Halloween Screams has returned to the night skies above Disneyland. This Halloween fireworks spectacular is hosted by Jack Skellington and takes guests on a musical adventure through many Disney villains in this immersive fireworks and projection spectacular. The show returned as part of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort and will be offered nightly through October 1, 2022.
There will be different versions of Halloween Screams offered on different nights, however. During the week the show will be projections only. On the weekends, fireworks will be added. The fireworks this year were quite spectacular with some fun pyrotechnic effects utilized during the show. The Daps Magic team camped out and had a place to view and film the show right in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle on this warm September night. Check out the video and photos below.
The return of Halloween Screams was met by cheers and screams during the course of its presentation. In general, this show gets the crowd involved. When Jack says “everybody scream!” the crowd definitely does! Opening night was no different. If there was a difference, it was that the crowd was even louder and more excited for this popular show to return.
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will continue through October 31st. The celebration includes foods, merchandise, Haunted Mansion Holiday, a new Mickey and Friends Halloween Cavalcade, new costumes for Mickey and friends, Plaza de Familia in Disney California Adventure, Haul-O-Ween in Cars Land, decorations, Oogie Boogie Bash (sold out), and so much more!
