New “Obi-Wan Kenobi” Sand Sculpture Created at Downtown Disney District

A new sand sculpture can currently be found in the Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District in honor of Obi-Wan Kenobi, which is currently streaming on Disney+. The sculpture depicts both Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader in two ways. One way, it shows the likeness of each of their heads… with Darth Vader’s being his helmet. In the middle, the silhouette of the two dueling with each other is sculpted into the sand. Their lightsabers have the appropriate colors for the blades for the Jedi and Sith Lord. The Disney+ logo also has blue sand making it pop out a bit as well.

This new sand sculpture replaces one that was put in place earlier this spring ahead of the arrival of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+. It is currently streaming on Wednesdays with its finale being June 22, 2022.
