Disneyland Paris Relaxes Mask Requirements and Brings Back Traditional Character Meet and Greets

Disneyland Paris is continuing to get back to normal as it approaches its 30th-anniversary celebration. On their website, a post shared the updated mask guidelines saying:

In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris as of March 2 for experiences such as our parade and nighttime spectacular “Disney Illuminations”.

Guests aged 16 years old and above need to present a Vaccine Pass to enter Disneyland Paris. Find out more information about Vaccine Pass and what qualifies as being considered fully vaccinated here.

For Guests aged between 12 and 15 years old, a Health Pass remains required to enter Disneyland Paris. Find out more information about a Health Pass and vaccination or testing requirements for guests aged 12 to 15 here.

We continue to provide flexible commercial conditions that you can find here.

Along with the updated mask guidelines, character meet and greets took another step towards normalcy. Social media lit up today with photos and videos of guests meeting characters, taking pictures with them, and getting hugs.

This comes after Disneyland Paris had adopted selfie spots and mask guidelines due to the pandemic. This caused Disneyland Paris to close multiple times. Disneyland Paris will begin its official celebration of its 30th-anniversary on March 6, 2022.
