Disneyland Resort to Offer Additional Benefits for Charter Magic Key Members

The unveiling of the Magic Key pass program at the Disneyland Resort comes as Disneyland celebrates its 66th year. As a part of the celebration of both, a charter program is being offered by the Disneyland Resort for those who purchase a Magic Key in the first 66 days that it is offered.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, those who become Magic Key holders within the first 66 days will receive a special welcome package. This welcome package will include a premium branded pin, celebratory button, magnet, and more. Magic Key holders will also be given access to a limited-time experience at Starcade in Tomorrowland starting on September 1 at Disneyland. This will include access to charging stations, a special photo opportunity, and some other surprises that haven’t been announced yet.

The Magic Key program was announced today and replaces the long-running Disneyland Annual Pass program that was suspended during the pandemic. The program has four key levels and will go on sale on August 25, 2021. More details about the Magic Key pass program can be found here.

  1. Hello! How long does the welcome package take to arrive? We just bought ours last night, but were moving soon and don’t want to miss it arriving!

    1. That is an EXCELLENT question that we honestly don’t know the answer to yet. Make sure to keep your address updated on your disneyland.com account so that it gets delivered to the right location. We are still waiting for ours as well!
