Walt Disney World Resort has announced details for extended hours perks Disney Resort hotel guests ahead of the celebration of its 50th anniversary. The celebration begins on October 1st. Guests of the Disney Resort hotels will soon be able to experience select attractions at all of Walt Disney World Resorts’ theme parks early every day.
To get the early experience, guests will need a valid ticket/pass and a theme park reservation on the same date. This will be available to Disney Resort hotel guests and guests of other select hotels. It will also give guests the opportunity to experience the EARidescent decor early!
Guests who are staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort hotels will also be able to experience extended evening hours on select nights in select theme parks as well. These extended hours in the evening will begin in early October. Disney shared that specific dates and parks will be announced at a later date.
As with the early morning experiences, for the extended evening experience, guests will need a valid ticket/pass with a theme park reservation for the same park on the same day. This offering will also be eligible to guests with a ticket or Annual Pass that has a Park Hopper option provided that they already entered the first park where they made their reservation earlier in the day.
Both of these offerings will include select attractions, merchandise, and also food and beverage locations. To experience these extended hours, guests should bring their MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or Key to the World card linked to their stay. Another form of Resort ID is also acceptable.
In the hotels, some favorite Disney pals will also be visiting to say hi and help celebrate Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th anniversary. These surprise appearances will have Disney friends in their EARidescent best to help celebrate!
