Walt Disney World Resort Entrance to Get New Look Before the 50th Anniversary

Magic is happening at the Walt Disney World Resort! Starting today, the entrance to the most magical place on earth is being refreshed. This change will be a beautiful signal to families who are traveling to the parks that the start of their vacation is here!

The new color scheme on the entrance is designed to match the new look of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. This color palette stands out against the sky, no matter what the weather is looking like. With the 50th anniversary just under a year away, this transformation will make Walt Disney World even more magical and beautiful!

This rendering below is an idea of what you will see when you enter the magical world! While we don’t know exactly when this entrance will be finished, I just know it will be a fantastic start to vacations for families everywhere when it’s done! I imagine that this is part of transformations across the resort that will make guests feel like they’re at a refreshed resort!
