The Disney Cruise Line has again extended the suspension of its departures through September 30 for the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Wonder. The Disney Magic has also had its departures suspended through October 2, 2020.
The news of the suspensions come after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention extended suspensions of cruise departures from the United States through September 30, 2020.
For guests who had already paid for reservations and had their sailings impacted, there are a couple of options. They can either have cruise credit for a future sailing or get a full refund. Guests who haven’t paid for their reservations in full will automatically get a refund on what they have already paid for. Guests and travel agents will receive an email from the Disney Cruise Line that will give details and provide guidance on what to do next.
If guests booked their reservations through a travel agent, the travel agent should be contacted directly for answers to questions. If a cruise was booked directly through the Disney Cruise Line, questions can be answered after receiving their email by calling (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797.
