When the winter edition of Disney twenty-three arrives in D23 members’ mailboxes, they will get an exclusive look at Frozen 2. There will also be a discussion on the making of the final Star Wars film in Skywalker Saga, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Both of these films will be released within the next two months. On top of that, there will be features on Forky Asks a Question, One Day at Disney, and so much more!
Frozen 2 arrives in theaters on November 22, 2019. Writer/director Jennifer Lee is joined by Kristen Bell and Josh Gad to talk about the adventures that will be had in this sequel to the 2013 animated hit. All of this came from asking a few questions that led to an interesting story. Mainly, why does Elsa have powers and how come Anna doesn’t?
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker arrives in theaters on December 20, 2019. Its arrival will mark the conclusion of the Skywalker Saga that began over forty years ago! This Disney twenty-three edition will have director J.J. Abrams and star John Boyega talking about reaching this milestone in the franchise. There will also be some other fun tidbits included about the making of the movie and set life.
Fans of Toy Story 4‘s Forky will enjoy this edition as well with a look at his new Disney+ series, Forky Asks a Question. The team that brought this series to Disney+ talks about the process and also some of the stars that will be lending their voices to the show.
