Aladdin’s Oasis Converting Into a Tropical Hideaway for Guests in the Disneyland Resort

Today, Disney released concept art for a future development that will rest between Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room and Jungle Cruise, claiming the spot where Aladdin’s Oasis used to reside. While Disney has released the concept art, they have remained quiet on the exact plan for what this space will be, only disclosing that food will be served.

This has left guests to speculate on what exactly is to come. Some guests are hoping that Disney will recreate the magic of the Tahitian Terrace, a restaurant that featured Polynesian food and a show for guests to enjoy. While others are wondering if this will be the west coast response to Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort. This is due to Disney describing the new Tropical Hideaway as being able to ” rub elbows with their favorite skippers in an exotic traders’ market”.
