‘Indiana Jones’ Sequel Confirmed for the Near Future

With Disney acquiring that of Lucasfilm, that meant much more than just Star Wars. In addition to the lineup was also the rights to Indiana Jones. In a recent article from Vanity Fair, president of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy, briefly touched on the film.

Keeping the story alive of the adventurous Indiana Jones is key. In her interview she hinted of an Indiana Jones film in the future. Kennedy stated, “will one day be made inside this company. When it will happen, I’m not quite sure. We haven’t started working on a script yet, but we are talking about it.”

As for what actor is to be cast as Doctor Jones? Rumors are flying in the hopes of Chris Pratt to reel in that role. Kennedy did not make any comments on that for the matter.

What is your take on an additional Indiana Jones film?
